Local Pickup

We also offer pick up options for local residents. Same Day orders must be purchased by 12:30 PM EST.

If you need an item ASAP, please use the Contact Us Form and we may be able to assist you in getting a faster pick up. Please bring the card you paid with and a valid government issued ID at the time of pick up. You will be asked to provide us with your ID number and your signature to confirm your items were picked up. 

Please note your items will be held for pickup within 7 days. If not picked up within 7 days, customer refuses the right to exchange, or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. If the item has not been picked up after 14 days, customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided. Once an order has been placed for Local Pick Up it can no longer be shipped out customer must pick up the item. By selecting Local Pickup, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against The Penthouse Closet.
