Refunds and Local Pick Up Terms and Conditions
We do not provide REFUNDS under any circumstances, unless an item is out of stock, during the time of purchase. Once a package shows delivered in the tracking system the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against The Penthouse Closet. Furthermore, The Penthouse Closet is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. All claims should be directed to the shipping company provided at the time of delivery.
We offer local pickups to our customers who live or are in the Atlanta area. If items are not picked up within 7 days, customer refuses the right to exchange, or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. If the item has not been picked up after 14 days, customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided. If a customer decides they would like the items shipped instead, they can request an invoice for shipping and items can be sent to the address provided. By selecting in Local Pickup, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against The Penthouse Closet.
