Shipping Times

For U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 continental states. Shipping cut off time is 12:30 PM EST. Please use the shipping zone map for more accurate UPS delivery times.

Due to Covid-19, many of our shipping carriers are experiencing delays in delivering orders. Please expect that after your order has shipped, it might experience carrier delays and may take longer than usual to receive.

Please note: The Penthouse Closet is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ postal service to inquire about your package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to The Penthouse Closet and cannot be refunded or resent.

Tracking Information

You will receive your tracking information via email when the label is created about 0-2 days after purchase, tracking information is not available instantly after purchase.

Please note shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and on sale days due to high demand. Express orders are always sent out as scheduled.

Lost/Stolen Packages

The Penthouse Closet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact UPS directly at (1 (800) 742-5877) or the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. 

Lost in Transit Packages

In some rare occasions packages are lost during the transport process. In this case, please contact us directly by phone (1-404-829-4909), email contact-us@penthousecloset.com or through our Contact Us FormDo not contact the carrier. If the carrier is contacted firstly you will not receive a refund for the shipping fees.

Returned Mail/Address Errors

Please double-check your delivery address entry. Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses can cause delays in your shipment and/or cause the package to be deemed undeliverable. Re-shipping and replacement costs are the responsibility of the customer.

My package got returned to you. What are my options?

If your package was returned to us, please email us at contact-us@penthousecloset.com right away! We can assist with package returns for up to 30 days. 

If we can confirm your order was returned to our warehouse, we can offer one of two options:

    1. Reship your order. Please note that this will incur additional shipping costs to cover both the return delivery to our warehouse (if charged by the carrier) and the total cost of reshipment to you. 
    2. Refund in the form of original payment (same order value, minus the amount originally paid for shipping + a 15% restocking fee). If the carrier attempted to contact you before returning the package to us, but was unable to reach you, the shipping costs of returning the order to us may be deducted from your refund. 

Local Pick Up

We also offer pick up options for local residents. Same Day orders must be purchased by 5 PM EST.

If you need an item immediately, please contact us using the Contact Us Form and we may be able to assist you in getting a faster pick up. Please bring the card you paid with and a valid government issued ID at the time of pick up. You will be asked to provide us with your ID number and your signature to confirm your items were picked up. 

Please note your items will be held for pickup within 7 days. If not picked up within 7 days, customer refuses the right to exchange, or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. If the item has not been picked up after 14 days, customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided. Once an order has been placed for Local Pick Up it can no longer be shipped out customer must pick up the item. By selecting Local Pickup, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against The Penthouse Closet.
